GENERAL PURPOSE
The hourly position will perform various tasks and duties to support school and/or department operations as directed by administrator. Successful candidates will contribute to the overall efficiency and operations.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a variety of tasks based on the specific needs of the school or department.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure the quality and efficiency of work assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications related to clerical duties preferred.

- Knowledge
- Appropriate professional English grammar, usage, spelling, punctuation, and publication
- Skills
- Use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Use of Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms

- Manage time and tasks effectively
- Consistently implement SCPS policies, regulations, and procedures relevant to Human Resources operations

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Work environment is inside an office, with moderate noise, temperatures typical to the office environment, and no exposure
- The work is light work, requiring the occasional exertion of 20 pounds of force to move or lift objects.
